NaPoWriMo Day 16

Today’s prompt was to write a poem containing 10 lines, each of which is a lie.

Childhood lies

You are all important.

Magic is real.

Eyes in the back of my head.

You can do anything you want.

The Prince kissed the Princess.

Everyone lived happily ever after.

We were only joking.

We’ll be friends forever.

We love each other.

Grandpa is in heaven.
